Our Services

Our purpose is to relieve poverty, food insecurity, and hardship by supporting individuals and families experiencing disadvantage across Victoria, including new migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, international students, and other vulnerable members of the community.

We provide emergency food relief, education, settlement support, and social programs that help address immediate need while also supporting long-term stability and wellbeing.

Although we are based in Brunswick, our services are available to anyone experiencing hardship, regardless of location. We accept both self-referrals and referrals from community organisations and service providers.

Through our work, we aim to ensure that people facing poverty and disadvantage can access timely, practical, and culturally appropriate support.

MWCV stands for relieving poverty, supporting families, and strengthening community wellbeing in Victoria.

We support individuals and families experiencing disadvantage through food relief, emergency assistance, education, and community support services.

We work with migrant Muslim women and diverse communities to provide practical support, improve access to essential services, and promote inclusion, wellbeing, and social connection.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to dignity, care, and building a stronger, more connected community,
